A DECADE after being launched, an innovative university programme to mould young entrepreneurs has received a solid report card that is spurring bigger ambitions. Since it was started in 2001, the National University of Singapore (NUS) programme has sent 1,000 youngsters to watch, work and learn in the entrepreneurial hubs of the world, including Silicon Valley.
