So the news broke late yesterday that SingTel’s venture unit, Innov8, has made its first investment. The fund spent SGD800,000 (around US$615,000) for 28.57 percent of  2359 Media, a mobile advertising and publishing company, in a Series A round. SingTel announced the investment in a filing with the Singapore Exchange.
